IDA were initially appointed to undertake a peer review of the Concept and Detailed Design packages, including the proposal and implementation of various value engineering solutions into design.

We were then appointed to undertake Commissioning Management duties for the fit-out and server room systems, ensuring complete integration with primary base build systems.

The initial appointment then led to further appointments on 2 additional project phases which are ongoing.
