IDA were appointed to undertake Commissioning Management duties for the systems serving the Client’s fit-out.

Services included:

• Ensure that applicable equipment and systems are installed properly and receive adequate operational checkout by installing contractors
• Verify and document proper performance of equipment and systems as per Client guideline and LEED requirements
• Organize and Chair Commissioning Workshops
• Ensure that O&M documentation is complete
• Ensure that all as-built documentation is complete
• Integrate various sub-systems and major systems that are dependent on each other
• Ensure that the Owner’s operating personal are adequately trained
