IDA were appointed to undertake Technical Due Diligence for Client’s office fit-out. The scope included:

• Gather data for the occupancy, IT and other specifics of the project from the Client
• Prepare Owners Statement of Requirements along with sketches for E&M system
• Get information on the MEP infrastructure and strategies from Developer
• Gather information from the Landlord drawings & documents on the capacity & resiliency allocation
• Prepare a single line diagram to highlight the MEP design strategy proposal for E&M system
• Carry out a site survey
• Check the general quality of installations
• Gap analysis
