IDA were appointed to undertake specific troubleshooting and commissioning services for the water systems at this University campus.

Services included:

• On-site investigation
• Preparation of HVAC drawing analysis, method statement establishment
• Training the participants of the period, client attendance
• Implementation of water balance performance commissioning, to ensure the percentages of actual water flow dividing design water flow are achieved for each building
• Provide differential pressure settings for BMS control implementation to run the system more efficiently especially during low load scenario
• Calibrate all the energy meters
• Final Water Balance Report
