• Prepare T&C Instrumentation and Power Quality Monitoring Plan for the entire project
• Review the General Contractor’s T&C schedule
• Attend and witness Factory Acceptance Testing
• Review QA/QC plan
• Chair weekly on-site T&C meetings
• Witness Functional Testing
• Prepare IST Script
• Witness IST
• Issue Final T&C report
• Review as-built documentation
